Search Properties
You can search the local, or mid-Atlantic MLS database for a complete and up-to-date list of homes using a wide variety of criteria such as price range, location, number of bedrooms and many other requirements. The database is updated every 15 minutes. You can also save your searches, so you don’t have to reenter your criteria in the future.
Your Home Page
Once you’ve created a list of properties, you’ll have the ability to save and rate any you are interested in on your own home page. By using our auto-notification feature, you’ll receive an e-mail if there are changes in the listing such as its price, a scheduled open house or a if virtual tour becomes available.
Financial Tools
This tab contains a variety of aids to help you understand how much you can borrow, what your payments will be, how much you should put down and many other money related topics. It even gives you a tool to help decide if you should buy or rent.
